Many thanks to Aedriel Moxley who featured both Sarreid and Square Feathers furniture in her recent ‘Elevated Casual: Living Room Tour’.
Aedriel believes that creating a home isn’t something that happens overnight, and we’re so glad that she featured two pieces of furniture that are available from our extensive range here at Brass & Burl.
Square Feathers furniture (who designed the coffee table in the main image) is an Austin based company. They create a huge range of textiles, art and home accessories, all designed and made in the USA. Their signature creations feature vibrant colors, textures and patterns. Both unconventional yet elegant, Square Feathers furniture is both inviting and playful, turning the heads of many interior designers across the globe.
Sarreid Ltd (who designed the bench below) have been in the business for almost half a century. Based in Wilson, North Carolina, the company has been crafting exceptional collections of unique home furnishings for many years. It’s great to see them continue to capture the beauty of the past while offering fresh new looks for contemporary customers both at home and abroad.
Our new coffee table really grounds the space and makes it feel complete. When I found this Brass & Burl coffee table I knew she was the one. The parsons style of this Square Feathers table will forever be my favorite (nod to our dining table!) and getting to choose between finishes felt like she was made just for us. Oh wait, she was! Made in the USA (Austin to be exact) and generously proportioned, she completes our living room family. The Sarreid bench is sleek and boxy all at once and is the perfect sofa length. You’d think that would be easy to find, but this definitely is the Goldilocks of benches. A traditional sofa table would be too tall for our low sofas and I wanted something a little different.
