Jonathan Adler at Brass & Burl

Jonathan Adler has a core mission; to bring modern American glamour to your life and home. With a commitment for pure craftsmanship, Jonathan’s divine design eye spans furniture, lighting, accessories and many more luxury items.

It all started with pottery for Jonathan, who first span the wheel at Summer Camp when he was 12 years old. In 1993, Barneys bought his collection of pots and five years later, he opened his first store in Soho. Although pottery will always been his first love, Jonathan’s desire for all things design became harder to ignore and he began to broaden his ambitions.

Starting with some throw pillows, then the sofa to throw them on, Jonathan was soon mixing up his various points of inspiration to create whole ranges. Blending mid-century modern design with pop art, fierce femmes and luxe lifestyles, Jonathan’s design world now encompasses a wide variety of palettes.

Jonathan’s work today spans a myriad of categories, from furnishings to fashion and beyond. His design work can be found in top hotels and restaurants, and in less than 20 years he’s opened nearly 30 stores worldwide.

Pottery still continues to be at the core of Jonathan Adler’s design business and his commitment to impeccable craftsmanship and luxury is reflected in everything he does.

Jonathan Adler strives to create luxe and livable interiors that are seriously designed, but don’t take themselves too seriously.  Click the link below to see his latest range available here at Brass & Burl.
