Graduating from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of Santos, Sig has signed residential and commercial projects throughout Brazil, Europe and the United States. With a truly eclectic style that effortlessly blends diversity, humor and versatility, his work has gained prominence in books, magazines, newspapers and TV all over the world.

Sig has an almost rock-star like status in his native Brazil, with his professional life just as frenetic as his social life. He is the go-to designer for the many exclusive clients across the globe who have multiple houses, jets, helicopters and yachts. With luxurious homes in Paris, New York and São Paulo, his most recent residence is now in Miami. Though not a fan of the city’s high-rise condos with their glitzy lobbies, Sig Bergamin chose a small, but perfectly formed, cottage in Miami Beach as his Florida retreat.

Sig said:

I don’t have one kind of style. People think that I do, but I don’t. My personality in Miami is much more relaxed. I wake up early. I go to the supermarket almost every day. I don’t have a formal social life. I live life more simply.
