The lower portion, which is on antique brass casters, pivots 360 degrees around the end post offering unlimited positioning for serving guests. The pivoting section features a tempered glass top, stationary wooden shelf below for glassware and a bottom shelf with gallery surround for beverage storage. When closed, the opposing diagonal design on the end panels creates a distinctive herringbone pattern.
